Marija Janicheska was elected as the director of the Operational-Technical Agency by the Decision of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia on 27.11.2023.

She built her professional career as a legal expert, head of a sector, and state advisor in the private and public sectors, working on the implementation of significant projects in the field of electronic communications, security system, privacy protection, and GDPR, participating in the implementation of business undertakings in the field of telecommunications, as well as in various digital transformation projects. Within the framework of her professional activity, Marija Janicheska actively participates in managing people and processes in the areas of regulation, legal affairs, human resources, personal data protection, financial operations, security, as well as providing support to the processes and activities of organizations which she is engaged in, through participation in the development and implementation of the organizational strategy, mission and vision, representation of the organization, communication with collaborators, MPs of the NRM, authorized agencies and authorities, telecommunication operators, the Government of the NRM and state administration bodies, representatives from the civil sector, as well as representatives of NATO and EU missions.

During the period from March 2019 until assuming the position of director of the Operational-Technical Agency, she worked as a state adviser in OTA.

During the period from November 2008 to March 2019, she worked as a head of a sector, legal expert, and personal data protection officer in renowned companies of the telecommunications industry as part

of the Telecom Slovenia and Telecom Austria Groups (On.net, Cosmofon, One, one. Vip/A1 Macedonia).

Previously, she worked in the Association of Public Prosecutors of the Republic of Macedonia as a Legal/Project Assistant for the implementation of projects of the OSCE Monitoring Mission in Skopje.

Marija Janicheska is a Bachelor of Laws graduate in "Justinian I" Faculty of Law at the "Saints Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje, where she is a master's student at the Department of Business Law.

She actively speaks English and Serbian and knows Albanian and German languages.

She is married and mother of two children.

Zoran Angelovski was born in 1965 in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Security in Skopje. In his 29-years-long career, Angelovski has worked for the State Security Service (the current NSA), the Intelligence Agency and Telecom. Since 2008, he has been working for several domestic and foreign companies as an external certified lid auditor for implementing the ISSO standards in North Macedonia. He manages and represents OTA, organizes its work and ensures legal and effective performance of OTA's tasks and operations.
